# What treatments do working women use for PMS?

Most working women (54.3%) use both medicine and other approaches. Common medicines are ponstan and paracetamol. Common non-medicine approaches are exercise and psychological therapy.

 Moderate study design

## What they did

Cross-sectional study of 221 working women with PMS at a hospital in Pakistan from June 2016 to June 2017. Researchers asked what strategies each woman used to manage her PMS.

## What they found
