By downloading or using Niyora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Niyora is a wellness application that provides guided breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. It optionally integrates with the Oura Ring to personalise the experience based on your health data.
Niyora is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises are for general wellness purposes only.
If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, or any other health concern, consult your doctor before using breathing exercises. Do not use Niyora as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Niyora's Oura integration uses the Oura API to read your health data. By connecting your Oura account, you authorise Niyora to access the data scopes you approve during the OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time.
Niyora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Oura Health Oy. Oura and Oura Ring are trademarks of Oura Health Oy.
Niyora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The Niyora app, its design, animations, and code are owned by Niyora. The breathing techniques themselves are traditional practices in the public domain. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niyora and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
You can stop using Niyora at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Niyora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.
