Last updated: April 9, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Niyora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Niyora. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

What Niyora Is

Niyora is a wellness application that provides guided breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques. It optionally integrates with the Oura Ring to personalise the experience based on your health data.

Not Medical Advice

Niyora is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises are for general wellness purposes only.

If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular condition, anxiety disorder, or any other health concern, consult your doctor before using breathing exercises. Do not use Niyora as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Health risks: Certain breathing techniques may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, hyperventilation, or discomfort. In rare cases, breathing exercises may trigger anxiety or panic in susceptible individuals. If you experience any adverse effects, stop the exercise immediately.

Oura Ring Integration

Niyora's Oura integration uses the Oura API to read your health data. By connecting your Oura account, you authorise Niyora to access the data scopes you approve during the OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time.

Niyora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Oura Health Oy. Oura and Oura Ring are trademarks of Oura Health Oy.
