Bring your history from Life Period Tracker
Life Period Tracker’s App Store listing says it syncs your data with Apple Health. If your periods are in Health, Niyora reads them when you connect it. If they aren’t, add your recent periods when you set up Niyora.
Step by step
How to bring your Life periods into Niyora
Apple Health is the route to try first, since it needs no export.
- 1
Look for your periods in Health
Open the Health app, tap Browse, then Cycle Tracking, and scroll to Cycle History.
- 2
Connect Niyora to Apple Health
If your periods are there, connect Apple Health when you set up Niyora, or later from Niyora’s calendar.
- 3
Or add them by hand
If Health has no periods from Life, add your recent periods when you set up Niyora. You can add more any time from the calendar.
