"Recruiting" on ClinicalTrials.gov means nobody has updated the record, not that the study is still taking people. So I only show studies whose end date has not passed, that someone touched in the last year, and that say where they are. Every card shows its own last-updated date so you can judge for yourself.

What this is, and what it is not
I am not affiliated with any of these studies, I get nothing if you join one, and none of this is medical advice. It is a directory. Whether a trial is right for you is a conversation with your own doctor, and every study has its own screening process.
The data comes from the ClinicalTrials.gov API, searched on premenstrual syndrome, PMDD, menstrual cycle mood, dysmenorrhea and menstrual health, then deduplicated by registration number. Registry records are maintained by the study teams, not by me, so details can be out of date even when the last-updated stamp is recent. Always check the registry entry before contacting anyone.
Most of what is here is period pain rather than premenstrual mood. That is not a filtering choice, it is what the field is currently studying.
